The Hebrew interlinear is a creation of the erasmus project, primarily based off of the Hebrew Open Scriptures project. The Open Scriptures project defined the Hebrew, Strongs numbers, parsings, and footnotes. To this we added the English equivalents to the Hebrew, where appropriate. This was done programatically by matching the KJV text with the Hebrew word definitions (also provided by the Open Scriptures project) for each verse, then updating the archaic words to modern English. Finally, some manual corrections and adjustments to the English were done to make it read better. It should be noted that although this provides a useful English equivalent to the Hebrew for the non-Hebrew speaker, it should not be considered to be an English translation on its own.
